Our Facility

Our 6 acre farm is conveniently located in Old Brookville, just 25 miles east of New York City and minutes from 495/LIE. We house approximately 30 happy horses with a large riding arena, indoor/outdoor wash stalls, tack room, storage and plenty of paddocks. The owner lives on the property so the horses are under constant watch and care. A safe and clean environment is of the upmost importance to us!

Our very large outdoor area is watered and dragged everyday and is equipped with lights for evening riding!

Stall sizes range from 12' x 20',

12' x 12', 12' x 10' and 10' x 10'

Two large tack rooms and a storage area for all your extra needs!

Boarding Prices

Regular Board $1075.00 +tax

Half Training Board $1350.0  

     -Includes 1 lesson & 1 schooling per week

Training Board $1500.00 

       -Includes 1 lessons & 2 schoolings per week

**All board includes premium hay & shavings, blanket changes, 7 days a week turnout and dispensing supplements

We are proud to offer 3 turnout options:

       All day 8am - 3pm

       Overnight 4pm-7am (weather permitting)

       Half Day 8am-12pm or 12pm-3pm

2 outdoor wash stalls as well an indoor hot/cold wash stall as well!

Our spacious stalls are well ventilated, lighted and safe. They are cleaned twice a day, water buckets scrubbed and filled daily and bedding is added 2 to 3 times a week.
